Dan Margulis, 5th edition

Hi, maybe someone can help me understand one of Dan's tutorials in his book Professional Photoshop Fifth Edition.
It starts on page 241 chapter 10 called the crabcake.

Up until this point I was following along with no problem, but I hope that there are many like me that when it came to this one in particular, he's not being simple in how he is explaining how to do this tutorial,

If some one can help me figure out what he is trying to explain in plain English it would be a big help

William.

Don't have the book but maybe you can describe in your words what you are not understanding or what the steps involve and where it is that you miss his explanation.

Crabcake sounds good?

Hi, its difficult to explain with out having the book in front of you, you would honestly have to see it for yourself, it should be a simple format, but I fel that is it just badly written and has such arrogance as to suppose that people who read this book are meant to be mind readers as well

Willmac,
I have an older edition than the one you have so I can't help you. However, Dan is very far from being arrogant. He is an extremely busy guy but if you are having difficulty with a section of his book you can send him an email and he will get back to you.
Regards, Murray
