Post How to remove blurring

I have few pictures which I recently captured, unfortunately most of the pictures have come-out with with a blur effect. Most probably a leaf or another small object would have obstructed the main object. Sometime I wonder is this a light leak? So I tried to follow the tutorial which was named as "How to remove light leaks" but was not successful or either I have not followed the instructions. I ma very new to Photoshop, so if anyone can help me please reply to this tread. I have attached sample file which will indicate the blur effect which in the middle of main object.

Thank
Viraj

Re: How to remove blurring

I would use the frequency separation method, and some HSL.
