Search for milk brushes! There are free milk brushes available on the net and they are easy to make realistic and obviously turn into any colour you like.

I've also seen the milkpictures earlier and wondered how it is done. It would be kind of boring if it's all done with 3D-modelling It would be so much cooler if it's a multiple shot with a lot of work in PS. It just feels better i think, i don't know why ...

I agree SK. The works on that page look more like Paint Tossing. Palms and OlBaldy, posted the links above. One can download some free splash samples there, and there is also a tutorial on the page.
