Welcome to RetouchPro. I guess since no one else has been frank with you after you two posts, I will be. Za(some of)dabaddest photos! In terms of portraits for model photography, those photos are microscopic. There is no suitable detail fro proper retouching. Three of them are blurred, one of which is totally beyond redemption. You can not make an elegant weddinggown out of highly weathered denim blue jeans. The lighting is poor, you have color casts, and the backgrounds are not appropriate. 180 x 135 pixels would only be able to yield a 1/2 x 1/3 inchsize picture at normal print resolution even if they were good pixels. I suggest your model friend use a real camera and that you save your time.
Regards, Murray

To be blunt, you need to start with new images. They are too small and the quality is too poor.

Your friend needs to realize that her portfolio is how she will be assessed and that no one will take her intention to be a model seriously if her portfolio includes photos. of this quality. Sorry to be so blunt but it is a highly competitive carrer field. Have her look at some of the online porfolios at Model Mayhem to get an idea of what she will be competing against in terms of photography.

She will absolutely need to have new pictures taken by someone who knows what they are doing. To be brutally honest, as a photographer, I wouldn't even look at the photos full sized, the thumbnails tell me that I don't want to book her.

For the best results, find someone with good technical skills, make sure they shoot with long lenses to flatter her bone structure, and apply lots of powder. I'll check to see if I know anyone reasonably priced in that area I could refer her to, but off the top of my head all the photographers that come to mind work in high-end fashion and land in the $5-10K per day range.

Cheers,
Michael
