How to get this look

Hey people ...
Would like to someone tell me how to get this look ... look impressive ...

Do one conversion for the head/BG

A lighter conversion for the clothing.

Both cold

Mask one on top the other in photoshop.

If you don't have a raw, use a Shadow/Highlights adj on a copy of the original to bring back some detail from the clothing.

After you have retouched the skin and everything else, try this:

It's a pretty simple look. Desaturated color, exaggerated detail and cool tone that can be accomplished a number of different ways.

Topaz also has plugin called Detail that would help you achieve this look.

Me too I want to achieve that look. I even played that image in Camera Raw even in Shadow/Highlights but I didn't get it. Can you explain it further? sorry
