Too much retouching?

Just spent 3-4 hours working on this shot, and I wonder if I've gone too far.

Here's a link to the set, including the original photo, and some edits. 1200X800 resolution, so definitely not hi-res.

Her forehead was a nightmare to get that hair gone, and now it looks a bit plasticky, her throat is similar, but doesn't bother me as much since it's in shadow.

Ah well, at least I'm progressing. Any other tips/suggestions?

Re: Too much retouching?

If you ask me it looks quite good. I feel the B&W have an overexposed look to them but that might just be my taste speaking. The others look ok and not overphotoshoped. At least for my taste.

Re: Too much retouching?

Thanks. I've removed the original photo, as I gave the model access to that folder so she could see her fashion/glam photo. Just in case, the photo I'm referring too is the one with the hoodie

I think it looks just about right in the larger picture. The forehead has a nice soft look but you have kept the hair natural looking.

I like your retouch
Shadows on the back of her leg seems to strong to me, maybe for my taste
