Glamour Skin (?) Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to achieving this kind of skin... is it as simple as 3 layers (median, high pass [overlay], mask) and some D&B? what about the guy (and his tattoo)? is it the same technique? i've been told this is called glamour skin, but searching for it doesn't yield the same effect. thanks a lot!

Re: Glamour Skin (?) If by glamor skin you mean the skin you see on the cheesy magazines, then the answer is yes. Just search for Degrungs, here is a link, why go far, http://retouchpro.com/tutorials/?m=show&id=213 Of course, there is the right way to do this, but it is not easy, simple nor fast.

Re: Glamour Skin (?) thanks! I must admit the minute I see 'skin' and 'blur' in the same sentence, I do tend to quiver a bit... (true story) There are close ups from the same photographer and I must say the skin looks like it was done in 5 minutes. But what I do appreciate the most out of those images is the skin tone evenness.

Re: Glamour Skin (?) Hi, If you want to learn this technique, here is some method from Amy Dresser. http://web.archive.org/web/200708171...m/AmyTutorial/ It is useful, but I think, we can't get to know every trick...
