Re: Another "how do i get this" Post play with color balance and contrast. adjust to suit. for ex, first pic, push shadows to blue, and highlights to yellow, then reduce contrast and pull up the shadow curve to raise the black point. second pic, add contrast, third pic, same idea, but desat a bit and move tone to cold

Re: Another "how do i get this" Post For the flare, just add a circle of light colour somewhere on the image, blur it at maximum radius a few times and set the blend mode to screen. Adjust opacity and hue to taste and move it around a bit. These flares aren't nearly as natural as you'd think.

Re: Another "how do i get this" Post In which image sir? If it's the first one, then probably something like a 30% opacity dark blue layer set to Exclusion and then a 10% opacity very light blue layer set to Screen might get you there. Last edited by oneredpanther; 04-18-2011 at 10:00 AM.

Re: Another "how do i get this" Post Another option to get the little colored spots (like in this one http://www.flickr.com/photos/eboy707...in/photostream ) is to make a new curves layer with a black mask, then paint in where you want the color spots, then crank the curves for each channel up and down until you get the desired results.

Re: Another "how do i get this" Post There are many ways....curves, gradient maps, selective color, fill layer with various blend modes, luminosity masks etc I have a set of actions for sale if you want a shortcut: http://sidvasandani.blogspot.com/201...ns-part-1.html http://sidvasandani.blogspot.com/201...ns-part-2.html http://sidvasandani.blogspot.com/201...ns-part-3.html regards, Sid.
