I don't see anything too complex here...The model has even skin tone (probably) to start with. The 'warmth' is easy to achieve with colored layers (play with blending modes and opacities to the desired result), or most likely, a warm color temp (6500K - 8000K) that was probably done in camera raw.

Mostly, the tone was achieved with a big light source, close to the model (in-direct window light by the looks of it).

I know the model, and yes, she has very nice skin. The shoot was outdoors and as far as I know, she used a flash.
