how to get rid of wrinkles??

hi guys

I'm working on this picture right here. I took it, so all right belong to me

I can't seem to find a way to get rid of the wrinkels. Usually it wouldn't be too much of a problem, but this time it is because of the texture of the T-shirt. The threads form a sort of vertical rows/lines.. and these are 1 or 2 pixel wide..

This makes it a bit (too)hard for me to fix it..
any advise??

ps: this image will be used for mega huge billboards (background will be deleted) so it needs to be very very precise.

Jaimie: Hope I won't sound too harsh, but why would you want to take away more texture from it? if it looks blury as is... You should leave some wrinkles there, it should look more natural... but that's me...

oh no, i'm only talking about the big wrinkle.. and the link that is now active is already edited.. so the big wrinkle that I was talking about is already gone here..

If the T is important why not light the shadow some and take the yellow reflection off the skin?

taking the yellow reflection of the skin was a good point!

Lighting the T was great but not that important to this particular image, the main thing is still his face I just didn't want a huge wrinkel (sorry I can't show you how annoying it was) to sit on his T while the picture will be used for a mega huge billboard (he's an international dj).

Clone tool and healing brush to remove the wrinkles; pattern sampled and added back to repaired areas.
