Images to play with

Hi, I regularly post images for retouchers to work on for their portfolio in another site. I provide the raw files. I do not use these shots as the photos are all from tests etc but are high end (if I say so myself). Is there somewhere here to post similar? Would it be wanted or even appropriate?

Here are some nefs of the lovely Laura that I shot. I am happy for you to play with them and use them in your portfolio.

I have no other use for them than my portfolio. Post what you do, and if you can please email me the hi res versions gdsandy@mac.com. You CAN use them for your portfolio. The Contact sheet is below although have attached a v low res Csheet due to forum size restrictions.and then are the links to the Nefs..

gdsandy - downloaded one of your .nef images to play with. When I was finished, I wanted to delete it but every time I try it returns an error that says it's being used by another program. Being a Nikon user I thought you may be able to help. Here is what I have tried, but so far nothing has worked:

Shut down and restart computer
Tried deleting in SAFE Mode
Updated Microsoft RAW Viewer with latest Nikon .nef codec
Uninstalled Microsoft RAW Viewer
Installed latest Microsoft RAW Viewer

I can see the file in Adobe Bridge and it opens in Photoshop CS3 but it will not open in Microsoft RAW Viewer.

Anything would be helpful.

Skip, sorry, haven't a clue as am a Mac user. Normally restarting would reset all. My best suggestion is that your web browser has a cookie stored if you downloaded via that.
