Re: Can you spot manipulation?

I do recognize that this is manipulated as the boy standing next to the girl doesn't seems to like he is really standing there.

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

His neck does not look right, is it his body? and the shadow from the jacket on the chair is not complete.

It is not his body. Shadow was left alone as it is. Tell me about his neck please. Glad getting some responses

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

that resolution is a big guessing game but it looks like a scare just left of her lip area or the residue of blending 2 different skin textures

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

Maybe the whole guy wasn't there. Could be a combo guy, Someone's body with a jacket and someone else's head (maybe yours).

I think I was specific already
The boy in person doesn't seems to be standing behind her, its not about neck or nose
I think lighting on his face was the biggest hint that this is manipulated otherwise the whole picture looks fine.

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

I did not know what made you think his is not real. i have corrected lighting on his face. It was too bright and too saturated in my opinion. Hus beck was too light too. When I do this kind of project I most want to hear what strikes first to people and then I do correction. After hours by computer everything just gets too same.

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

I admit that I wouldn't have guessed. Only after you let on do I compare them and think that the new face actually looks like a "nicer" human being than the original...

A more "human" (not photoshop) analysis: if the new photo was original, would note that the original couple are wearing co-ordinated outfits and hair. They have actually SET OUT to look like a couple. In the new version, the guy is an independant being with his own hair and unconcerned expression. Maybe he's a millionaire in his own right? Nah, then he wouldn't bother copying her clothes. Her bodyguard? Nah, she wouldn't let a bodyguard wear that. Her toyboy? Maybe, but he doesn't look stupid enough... Her brother?...

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist! Great job!

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

just love your analysis. Though I liked new guy more then former I would not come with such analysis regarding his character. I also like the fact that you touch co-ordinated outfits theme and spotted that, following that comes his personality analysis

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

I thought it was the female's waist line that was changed as she looks like she has a pocket in her skin but I guess that is just an optical illusion.

Re: Can you spot manipulation?

the first thing that caught my eye was the head. It was definitely out of place due to the lighting of the camera and the sharpness of the male head and the surrounding. but other than that, I couldn't spot anything else.. however, i was surprised about the shirt. it was definitely a clean touch. but yea. cool way to interact with people on the forums!
