Is this make up or retouching

I love the skin tones in these images

but I don't understand how they are done.
Can anybody here help??

check color of the wall in second picture, eyes and teeth are blue also in number 3

The over-simplified answer is to shift the image as a whole to cyan/blue, and then make a mask of the skin and add some more blue and cyan.

I think it's beautiful, I've emailed the retouching operator listed but still had no reply.
