That looks like a standard picture, no retouching involved as far as I can see.

I'm gonna have to agree. Get a camera and take a picture. No retouch needed.

I agree, looks untouched....are your are talking about the Moire pattern on the sheers in the background. No doubt cause by two sheer panels up against each other similar to Wedding veil issues that can be created.
