Critique, advice and/or tips

I just started practicing with Photoshop and retouching (about 1,5 week) and I could use some advice. I used this (bottom) picture from Natalia Taffarel (hope she won't mind) to practice. I know my result isn't even close to her amazing work, therefore I need some advice, especially on the skin tone (overall, cheeks and jaws) and the lips, and anything else you notice that does not belong there.

My Result!

Hi pietniepoepen and welcome. Looks ok to me - but I am not a high end beauty retoucher.
Best advice I think is that first you really should ask permission to use someone else image. Natalia posts here as Godmother - perhaps a pm in order?
