Beauty skin toning - any ideas?

Hi!
That's my first post here and I must say - I'm glad that I've found this forum

I'm currently confused about image above - I unable to achieve that kind of skin toning.

I tried to set it up in ACR by changing white balance + RGB channels hue/saturations and later in Photoshop - by gradient map, filling layers or selective colors. Unfortunately, with no good result.

Any hints, anyone?

what about Gradient map ?

try adding a blue-ish gradient or a solid blue layer and then masking it to an RGB channel (ctrl-click Red channel for example) then play with blending modes at various opacities.

This one is a black skin tutorial, but you can try it on white skin, in some cases you'll be amazed of the results... It's easy and very practical... Check it out:

Note: You are not always going to get the results you want, using this method, but as a piece of advice, look on the "sepia" tone side to get the tone you want...

To do a great job.... You will not find a quick way! I use all my old methods from the old days, pre digital! Works great!

This doesn't appear overly complicated to me. It's just a cool white balance with a little desaturation. The real difference though is that the key light is a beauty dish, which produces a very specific light unlike any other modifier - maybe this is what you're really talking about?

I'm confused: are we talking about complexion or skin colour?

The lighting is obvious. All I'm wondering about is skin color

Yes.
It's perhaps obvious
Skin color is relative to lighting
the highlights on the fingers are blue
face is blue grey
shoulders are warm

Front fill warm
Back fill cold
Read the picture up close
