Thanks everyone! I know i lost a lot of skin texture, but I am still trying to learn in, what better way to retain more of the skin texture it? tell me ,please! Thanks :P

I should ask, what method and program did you use? The best method in beauty retouch is called Spatial Frequency Separation, and Dodge and Burn techniques...
