Complex/ detailed selection/masking Needed

Hi there,

I need to find a service for masking and selection work for a architectural and interior retouch job that I have just received. I have used a few of the indian outsource companies but they have struggled with the more demanding material selection work that I need done. Can anyone recommend any companies that specialise in more complicated masking and selection work where accuracy and material distinction is paramount?

I'll admit I'm a noob. I checked out leafclippings.com and retouchproshop. What purpose does a JPEG mask serve? Or what is it used for?
