Critique Please!

I've really settled on retouching for a future profession and have been practicing like crazy.

I've seen many people retouch this photo (including big names like Natalia Taffarel)....so I thought I'd give my spin on it.

I concentrated mostly on the face and skin...treating it basically as a beauty retouch. I didn't necessarily finish completely, but I liked the point where I was at and wanted to know things other people would fix change..as well as any suggestions on fixing color in the hairline (which I can't seem to master completely yet)....

Good job! You might need to fix the shape of the ear- that`s my opinion. Where did you find that image (original)? I want to download and practice on it The girl is very pretty.

I'm by no means an expert so take my advice as you like. I would probably try and fix her eyeliner a bit she's got more above her lashes on one side compared to the other. Also though I like the highlight on the eyelids it looks a tad blurry to me. I agree with onered about her teeth seeming very sharp but they look fairly sharp in the before as well.

Otherwise awesome job! I really like what you have done so far.

I think that you did a good job. For another prospective, this one is to my own subjective tastes regarding skin color(s), darker BG to make her stand out, etc.

good job theres a few blemishes missed on the checks but easily fixed but on the whole very good

Nice job, 2 things, there is a sharp highlight to the right of her right eye, maybe soften this, and her hairline is a bit blotchy in some parts more saturated than others.
