Passport stamp effect

Hi all,
does anyone have their own technique for making passport stamp effect? Found only one online

http://www.peachpit.com/articles/art...47073&seqNum=4

some other ones that I found were not really that good.

Thanks again

Re: Passport stamp effect

I presume you worked through the steps in the article you cited? If so, what was giving you trouble? It looked fairly straightforward when I skimmed it.
