Can you remove my double chin in the photo?

I recently lost 70 pounds (forty more to go and I will be done!) and so I decided to take some updated photos with friends. I traveled 6 hours to see one of my dearest friends from school and we took a photo together

and when I got home, I noticed my angle was pretty bad with my chin. Can this be fixed? I would love to learn how it's done, but I don't have great software to do it. Can someone fix my double chin in this photo?
