If you look at http://www.joshrossiphoto.com/ the photo website of that guy, you can see that he's trying to combine lots of loose images and some oversaturation to one image. And failing miserably.

Don't try to copy that style. Just look at the Dave Hill thread (yes, the MASSIVE one) and you'll see loads of ideas how to do that style, and forget about this dude.

i disagree as well, those pics are not horrible.
