Removing Orb from photo

Hi, I have attached a photo that contains an Orb like circle on the head of one guy. Is there a simple solution to cover or remove this?

The spot may be dust on the lens or on the sensor.

Corrected 'the orb' with select/copy/paste from the right side of his head then played with the color casts and lighting

It looks less like an orb as it does a dried liquid spot on a scanned image. I say it looks scanned as there is an awful lot of dust specs in the image background as well. If it is a photo - need to break out your filter papers and some lens cleaner.

Getting rid of the blotch is simple retouching, pixel cloning and some cut and paste -flip to bring hair texture to opposite side of head.

As far as color correction - it could go a lot of ways. I like a couple of examples already posted.
