Removing yellow spots from color photo

I am trying to retouch an old color photo family portrait. It is marred by yellow streaks and spots. Most of the damage appears to be in the blue channel. The green channel is free of spots. Is there an easy way to eliminate the yellow streaks and maintain the color of the photo? Any suggestions?

for the spots you can probably dupe the layer, and on the dupe swap the green channel for the blue (using apply image or channel mixer) then set the dupe layer to luminosity mode.

however, the yellow streaking will still be present and would need additional fixing via localized color corrections.

If you are comfortable with dodge & burn technique, you can dodge the dark areas in the blue channel which correspond to the yellow streaks and spots. Seeing the problem in greyscale may make it easier than dealing with it as a colour issue.
