Do you have any good links to resources for learning and improving techniques on digital makeup? I'm interested on any kind of high-end tutorials, books, DVDs or whatever that deal with things like retouching lips, nails, eyes, applying lipsticks, color, and so on.

if you want to do the best job on lips and teeth. use the Pen Tool to Select them. then Select an Adjustment Layer of your choice.
Dodge and Burn the lips is good to learn

for eyes i use the Quick Select Tool. i have 3 Presets. 5,10,15. then Select an Adjustment Layer of your choice.
