How can I achieve this amazing look

Guessing 4 lights: One large umbrella camera left, another set back with blue gel, camera right. Blue light and purple light on the background...Hard to say for sure as these guys manipulate colors and hues so often in post. I'd say the colors of the lights on her face are true, though.

This is not done with lighting. Try a curve layer with color blend mode. Adjust the individual RGB curves to give dramatic color shifts between highlight and shadows.

The problem is that nobody know what do you mean with "This amazing look".
The color in the background?
The Beauty Retouching?
The lighting?
Or all together?

I guess all together and right here is the point. The "Look" is a result of many small and maybe easy things. But to get the feeling to adjust all the things is very difficult.

*I disagree. This looks to be a combination of color gel lights and post. They are quite fond of this technique.

One curve will not solve all your problems. I can see several areas where the lighting appears to have been adjusted in post work. It's more than just a single curve.
