Morning sunlight

Hi

I will shoot a model next week. For one of the photos I want to give the impression that he is standing on a mountain looking into a sunrise. Any ideas as to lighting and post production?

I thought I would light him with a bare bulb placed high to give strong shadows and add a warming filter in post. I do not have access to coloured filters for the flash.
