Problem with Pen & Touch - please help

Okay I'm totally new to Wacom tablet and got one last month. I like to use it but there are two issues that I could not get around.
1) Is there a way to disable double touch(or double tap) feature on tablet ? It is driving me nuts as while I'm using touch feature of tablet to replace my mouse touch pad and by mistake if I lift my finger and put it back again it things I'm clicking on it and starts to do all sorts of thing that mouse click with do in that particular scenario.
2) Is there a way where you can use pen instead of finger to take mouse pointer to particular location on screen ?
I use my MBP connected with external screen and every time I pick pen and hover it over tablet it throws mouse pointer to my MBP screen instead of external screen on which I'm editing my image.

2. you can map tablet surface to specific screen and even to specific portion of the screen.

Hi Mars,

I have a pen and touch attached to my iMac - I eventually switched off all of the touch functions of the tablet (except the buttons) as I was also getting very annoyed with moving the pointer every time i put the pen down or typed anything. I also set the tablet to left handed (even though I'm right handed) and turned it around 180 degrees, so that I no longer inadvertently press the buttons when typing.

Both of these settings can be changed by going to "apple symbol > system preferences > pen & touch" there's a separate tab for the tablet options.
