How I can get this pores look

I had ask in MM but I still want to get some advance from RPro members to make my photos better

Here the Kristina Vassilieva photos that i had just retouch.

Most of theme made by Split and D & B.

I was trying to get his look but not success. My skin pores doesn't look natural.
And this is his photo when I moved to BW.

It's smooth, while on my photo, I've tried D & B but still have black spots that I can not remove all of theme.

I want a few advance before continuing with D & B on my picture.
The skin pores of my picture doesn't even and I do not know how to control it. Where I can fixes on my .psd and how to keep my pictures look natural as tvandang.
