Anybody who has done similar project before can tell me what has been done in camera and in post for this image?

Are those bottles photographed being stacked together? the water in the bottle looks real, probably a photographer question, how can they stand up like that?
Any tutorial for adding the water?

They were probably glued together for the shoot.

Look closely & you can see the glue, probably silicone based.
