It works for me on Win 7 and latest version of firefox, it does take around 20 seconds to complete as suggested.

Okay works, but takes longer than 15 seconds, 30-45 secs with ie8 and sample image. Lovely toning, though!

the speed will depend on the server load
(more users - slower speed)
so far the longest wait for me was 45 sec.
but it can be as fast as having 10 sec.

(46it.ca is testing direct service embedding for web-galleries and such, so the actual grading is done on heroku, but you can still use it as a shortcut to grade images just by their URL)

NO software installations
(it still works directly in your browser)

- level of blending of the graded image
- saturation control
- cold/warm
- low/high key

- the corrections with the sliders showed an internal computational error of Flash itself

it is Fixed now
(or rather bypassed)

now the corrections with the sliders should give you smooth transitions

it's on the way ... but may not be done in a few weeks.

the app is updated - most notably a basic "Cine" look.
to complete the effect after using "Cine.1", adjust temperature and saturation to taste
(it adds colour to desaturated areas, as often done in movies)

there are 4 algorithms added, two are same as before, BUT the new ones are fast!
and I mean fast... what took 15~20 sec to render, now it's done in less than 1 sec.

graphically accelerated, 32bit depth per channel non-linear corrective tonal adjustments.
(The fast 4 grading functions -looks; and all dynamic adjustments - via sliders.)

No restrictions on image size .
(if you are grading over 16MP image you should probably use Google Chrome as a browser)

due to browser-memory limitations maximum image size is set to about 22MP.
(larger images will automatically downsized)
