Would you keep this in?

Hello again,
I am trying to get these photos finished so I can give them back to my client. I am wondering if I should keep this texture in. Would you keep this photo texture in? I am finding this problematic to get rid of. I haven't any experience with getting rid of getting rid of textures. I know there have been recommendations to me to get rid of textures. I'm not getting it. lol

It looks like a job for the FFT plugin, much discussed, in This thread. Keep reading down the page, there are download links and instructions on use.

I followed one of the suggestions in that thread, using Image Analyzer. Works very well.
