How to achieve the look in BACI lingerie black

Hello to all of you there,

I'm very much attracted to the image and effect as can be seen in baci lingerie black collection. The images and the retouching effects I refer to can be seen here.

I love the shine and glow effects as well as the mood and tone of the effects. I do understand that the lighting set ups play an important role.

If any one could provide a detail explanation of the retouching process and direct me to some guides/tutorial that could achieve something similar would be very much appreciated.

I thank you all very much in advance.

Re: How to achieve the look in BACI lingerie black

Blacks have obviously been enhanced by curves, or selective color or some similar method. A gradient is in place to give that even tone throughout the image (blending at color or normal at low opacity).

Other than that lots and lots of shaping with light and shadow (dnb).

Some of the photos look as if they belong in a male-oriented erotic magazine rather than in a lingerie catalogue.

I'd say try to make a saturation adjustment layer, bring it down to 0 saturation, and set it to soft light. Kind of does a similar effect.
