i think this was shot against a strong backlight. other than that i dont see anything special about it. any specific effect you were trying to achieve?

its all about lighting and cross processing. i see nothing speacial here.

thanks! but im trying to mimic the skin colors, and just put artificial lens flare. the skin color is what to know how to achieve

Have you tried placing some colour sampler tool points on the skin tones you are interested in mimicking? Try sampling light, mid and shadow tones of one of the models it may help you in assesing where you need to go
