How do I get the same colors

My attempt. Wasn't too hard to get fairly close.

Using adjustment layers:
1. Reduce saturation/vibrance.
2. Use Curves to get the brightness and color tint (mostly just yellow).
3. Desaturate shadows. The mask I used was a Luminosity mask (ctrl/cmd-click the RGB-channel to load such a selection). I used Cmd-M to use Curves to invert and move the black point in so it only affected the shadow areas.
4. The background in your example was very bright compared to what we wanted, so I replaced it completely (with a plain gradient).

See the attached images to see result and exact settings in my test.

5. Almost forgot. I also used healing brush and clone stamp tool to remove/reduce some of the shiny highlights on the skin. Separate layer at the bottom...

How to make that layer+mask for step 3:

1. Go to Channels-panel (Window > Channels).
2. Hold down Ctrl and click on "RGB". (use Cmd instead if on a Mac)
3. Add the adjustment layer (Vibrance). The selection will be used as the mask automatically.
4. Ctrl-I to invert the mask (Cmd-I on Mac).
5. Alt-click on the layer mask. This lets you see it!
6. Ctrl-M to adjust mask using curves (Cmd-M on Mac).
7. Move the black point slider inwards until all the highlights in the image are black (and only the areas you want to desatureate remain gray/white).
8. Click on another layer to stop viewing the mask.

Note:
I have not detailed how I created the mask in step 4. my original post.
I was done quick (and a little bit dirty) by using the Quick Selection Tool, and Refine Edge. That selection was used as a mask for a Gradient adjustment layer (you should probably paint the background using a soft brush instead so it isn't so regular).
