Hi Monica! I cannot access your retouching to duplicate work by Meg Bitton. Do you mind sending me the link again? Thank you so much, Malka

you can try: http://illuminations.herokuapp.com
load your own image, and in the Fashion-Grade (looks) choose "Pink-Mid" or "Pinko"
(the page loads a bit slow, but there's a mobile-app for it if you have Android device)

I have a specific question, Meg. How do you produce the dreamy haze while still having subject look sharp?

"No one can duplicate her work" but I can get close with a few simple steps in photoshop. Use of her image is in accordance with the Fair Use Doctrine of the Copy Right Act of 1976 as amended. No claim to the original work is expressed or implied. All rights reserved to Meg Bitton.

Stay tuned for updates. I'm working on a video editing series called "how to edit like Meg" and will be publishing them soon.

Re: How to get this look?

I love the quote on her page....about the glitter in your eyes and the magic. Of course it should be attributed to the author who penned it, the same guy who wrote Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it."

Roald Dahl

Oh, I believe I've found the magic, the bane of all practicing magicians. He who would dare reveal the secret of the illusion.
