How to get this look?

Where would you start to try to achieve the look that she is getting?

... to ballpark it... (for this example)

try:
selective color, absolute
reds: - 100%black
yellows: + 50%black
greens: + 25%black
cyans: -100%black
blues: -100%black
whites: +75%yellow, -50%blacks
neutrals: -10%cyan, +10%magenta
blacks: +10%blacks

I suppose I should ask before others jump in. Care to share any of the process or are we left to another 'How do I.....' thread where we all approximate to varying degrees of success?

I would be happy to answer any specific questions, however at this time I dont have any kind of written instructions for my editing process as a whole. I do edit each image differently, so there isnt really a set formula

One thing can be done i a lot of ways
