Fixing Jagged Edge, contracting selection to fix?

Hello again,

This image was not pulled from another image but I had to basically remove the floor and protected her legs with a selection as I was cloning. Now I'm left with some jagged legs.

I tried following this tutorial, but I'm end up with a masked pair of legs and not much else. (http://www.hunnybeedesign.com/forum/showthread.php?p=13)

Is there an easy fix to this? The legs aren't that in focus anyhow.
