how to: great wedding photos ?

My favorite photographer for wedding photos is Jason Mize.
I really like his style and if somebody could help to achieve this photos...

For what I see in his photos he don't seem's to use a flash and i don't realize how he get that soft colour and that look.

Link for the pictures: http://jmizephotography.squarespace....r-session.html

Except the black and white picture, he do same edit to all pictures.
Thanks and sorry for my english!

Warm color balance, vignette, slightly shallow depth of field

Curves mostly and creative blur here and there. Jordan Voth is selling his actions for this kind of stuff.

Actions may not be at all helpful here.

Lighting at the capture stage is key here (for the link you posted).

Take your shots on a dull/overcast day and contrast problem taken care of. You may want to try flash or a reflector to add a catchlight to the eyes or throw some light into a deep shadow area. Then you can refine the image in PS with curves or any other tool to give you the look you desire.

With more contrasty lighting on a sunny day then you may want to consider using PS tools to reduce the contrast and change the sat. etc.

Re: how to: great wedding photos ?

Here's a before & after..... I did most of the work in camera raw and a little more in photoshop...... the samples by the other photographer you showed are shot on a day that was overcast with flat light which helps the effect you like.
