What display resolution do you use for retouching?

My 23" monitor recommends 1920x1080 resolution, but everything is very small with such high resolution So I am wondering what display resolution do you usually use?

LCD must use the native resolution or the image will look like crap.
But you can try with higher DPI http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/win...i-scaling/5404

Higher the DPI, more print-like it'll become.
