It's obvious: just three tubes (kinoflows, neons, doesn't matter) made into a triangle with the camera in the middle.

its called the trifectus maximus latinnus. it comes from greece, which is bankrupt currently. very technical setup, and not practiced often due to its in depth requirements. You basically take 3 flourecent tubes and arrange them into a triangle and stick your camera through the center.

If you have three strip boxes you can use those to get a similar effect. The lighting falloff won't be as dramatic but the catchlight will look almost identical.
