Question How to get rid of Mirror Ghosting?

I shot this absolutely gorgeous image of a model in a hotel bathroom but unfortunately what I didn't realise was that by shooting the mirror I was getting a kind of ghosting effect, kind of like a double exposure, the same image of the model appearing 5mm to the right and slightly transparent. Is there any fix?

It could be several things. You need to post an image or post a link to a hi-rez image to get solutions from members here.
