Jaw line/blemishes...please help!

Could someone please help me with the double chin/jawline and blemishes on this photo? I have tried but my skills are still very limited. I have photoshop CS4, so if whoever works on it can also explain the steps they took so I can learn how to do it myself I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

If you have time and like perfection then healing blemishes on split frequency is you friend. Check youTube, there is ton of stuff on that there. As for the double chin, are you refering to the lady in the middle? This is quite easy. Dodge and burn and a bit of brush work on a screen layer with opacity set to low (10-20) Sample the colour and bob is your uncle.

I have attached the after (double chin only) but resized to 800px due to the upload limits

It seems if you extended that shadow under the chin further under the would be able to appear to cut off the double shin. There is no shadow line in the center of the adding one...or extending one...or drawing one in...or using a bit of liquify might also be some other ideas.
