Burglar image enhancement, any ideas please?

I have a burglary video from my camera; happened just 2 weeks ago. I have already given it to the police but they're not really doing anything with it.

Here is an image from the video. Is there anything I can do to make the face a little crispier or identifiable? anything helps.

The video is 12MB and couldn't upload it here.
Thanks

Oh that is cool, definitely better...
I can tell he's a white guy, wish I could tell if he has a beard or not...

Also, I know he had some kind of glove, but can you tell if his fingers are exposed? It looks like he has one of those gym workout gloves where fingers are exposed...
The police took fingerprints, just wanted to make sure they took his prints and not mine...

I wish I could post the video so someone can work on putting different frames together...
thanks again..

Unshaven, but not a beard.
Looks like top of his left hand is exposed ..and think he is putting on the glove.

Baldy, that was a very good upclose as well...this thief is almost revealed...

I uploaded the entire video on www.mediafire.com as was suggested. officebreakinvideo.exe. My camera DVR downloads the video in the .exe format, not some .avi or some video format.

You can see it at the following link:

Hope you guys do some awesome work with this. Thanks

Re: Burglar image enhancement, any ideas please?

thanks cupcake, yes the guy on the bike is the same person as the robber...have a feeling I have seen that guy on the bike a couple of days after the incident.

I think the image you enhanced showed a much better facial features than the second one. Thanks for your help.
