copy layer black&white and blend screen opacity is your taste and curves, green chan.
or
new layer, purple color fill and screen or difference different colors good luck!

There's basically some standard color corrections to get the skin tone right, she's probably pink like everybody else and then there's a selective color layer where they've pushed the blacks towards blue and red to get those purple-ish shadows. You can get the same effect with a good curve too. Good luck!

...don't overdo it though!

This will get you close:

1. make a Selective Colour adjustment layer.
- Select Blacks. Set -30% on the yellow slider.
- Select Whites. Set +50% on the yellow slider.

2. make Levels adjustment layer.
- Reduce the right-most output level from 255 to about 230.
