Retouching folds and wrinkels on clothing

Here is the image:

First of all, I would like to make her waist more slimmer (that would be the easier part) and I also want to remove all wrinkles and folds on her blouse (that would be the tougher part). Retouching it with clone stamp would take very long time. Do you know a quicker technique for this? Maybe some kind of pattern cloning? (I dont mid if the pattern on her blouse would change)
(I know, the blacks are completely crushed, I will correct it later)

A combination of content aware fill, cloning and liquefy.

Re: Retouching folds and wrinkels on clothing

One way that should work would be to copy and paste where the blouse joins. Move the copy down and warp to taste. Then use patch tool to hide the wrinkles as required. Finally a D&B layer to lighten shadow areas.

This is the approach taken with the attachment - just proof of concept I spent very little time doing this so you would need to take more care to keep pattern match and hide the joins etc
Wait a few seconds for image to change
