Josh Adamski - how is this done?

Hi,

I came across Josh Adamski's work last night and wondering if anyone can please explain how they were done.

I am not very good at photoshop but it seems that there were some kind of motion blurred applied to different layers and different degrees the original image. I am probably totally off track and would appreciate your thought. Many thanks in advance.

Warm regards,
David D.

Or you make a small line selection (horizontally), jump it to a new layer, stretch it upwards, and blend it in.

Easy peasy.
