How to achieve David Olkarny look

I have been searching every nook and holes in google search on how to get this look but have been unsuccessful. If someone could direct me to this enlightenment I would really appreciate it.

The photographers name is David Olkarny

There shot well few lights being used and balanced with the day light, lots of vignetting on one of them, and more than likely just playing with curves and selective colours.
