Um... he looks great, why would you need to change anything?

Thank you, but his eyes are not looking towards the camera like this one with his pacifier. http://i59.tinypic.com/dcuatj.jpg

I also have this photo from a few months back. I like his eyes in this one the most, but dad's pants are in the shot I though about changing the background on this one, but I can't find one that would look natural.

Don't be a perfectionist, those are precious family memories, not magazine publications or advertisment . If he is still that age, just hire a pro photographer.

Re: Help!! Eye position dilemma!

your son is very cute and nothing in these pictures is telling me otherwise. i think you should accept their limitations as snapshots and book a session with a professional portrait photographer/studio.

as for the pants, their saturation is overpowering the child for attention. B&W is a possibility.

2qxuijo.jpgI did a quick selection of the right eye and flipped it and moved it over the left eye.

Thank you Wolfman! I edited his photo using PS 12. I added a layer with eyes from another photo and colored in the whites, but I still think it looks really fake. I'm just going to have to keep playing around with it until I can make it work.

It's very simple. You don't understand eyes. You have a beautiful child. Why mess with these? This is not an ad that needs to send a specific message. It is a photo of a family member. If you don't like it, it's an excuse to shoot more photos.

his eyes are looking at camera, but his face is askew to camera. everything is as it should be. the "solutions'" to this non existent problem are turning a cute boy into frankenstein.
