Your question could have wide interpretation. If you provide more details around your question and or an example image for which you seek, I think forum members would be a able to provide more targeted recommendations. Just a suggestion.

Cloud colors? take photo of clouds. Sample colors present. Use colors to create clouds.

When color correcting clouds in a photograph, I usually assume the lightest clouds to be neutral (i.e. almost white), and darker parts slightly blue.
Obviously, around sunrise or sunset, the colors may be very different.
